Comparison of check-shots and integrated sonic log traveltime-depth curves.
The integrated sonic log gradually drifts away from the checkshot data, primarily due to accumulated underestimation of interval velocities by the sonic tool. This is a result of borehole fluid invasion and locally enlarged borehole sections.
